I love sunshine, mountains, dogs, home-grown vegetables, fresh whole wheat bread, my family and friends, and most of all, Jesus. All photos on my blog have been taken by me unless specified otherwise. The above photo was taken by my friend Nancy. Thanks Nancy!
I am in my third and final year at Yale Divinity School and a transitional deacon in the Diocese of Colorado. As I am nearing the end of my time here I am looking to do more of what I enjoy and feel called to do. I am leading a small group Bible Study on Paul for Lent. I am resurrecting my blog so I can write shorter, more frequent, theological reflections on scripture and our contemporary cultural situation.
I love reading theology and try to read the news regularly. How can we pray for the world if we do not know what is going on? We live in difficult times and the world is hungry for good news.
The disciples asked Jesus, “Where are we to get enough bread in the desert to feed so great a crowd?” (Mt 15:33)
